Despite apologizing, Ryan Lochte was dropped as a sponsor by Speedo over the weekend. Lochte has now lost three sponsorships (Speedo, Ralph Lauren and Syneron-Candela) in the wake of #LochteGate.
This 2013 Speedo advertisement featuring Michael Phelps and Lochte seems to be a perfect metaphor for the disgraced swimmer's Rio Olympics.
Ouch -- right in the gold medals!
