Off days are rare in Major League Baseball, so players are understandably eager to take advantage of them.
Sometimes that means resting and relaxing. Other days, it means 14-hour trips to Disneyland, complete with a singing duet.
Cubs infielder Ben Zobrist opted for the latter during the team's most recent off day, which came while the team was in Los Angeles. The All-Star brought his oldest daughter to Disneyland for a fun-filled day that left him completely exhausted by the afternoon.
When it was all done, the pair belted out a rendition of the hit song, "Let It Go," from the Disney movie Frozen.
"It started at the crack of dawn on a sunny morning in LA …14 hours and 14 theme rides later I found myself belting let it go while flurries fell and fireworks lit up the sky," Zobrist wrote on Instagram. "Daddy duty till I literally got caught drooling on myself this afternoon. I would not trade one second of this for all the me time in the world. #offdayatdisney"
Overall, both singers were pretty impressive, which is important: Zobrist's wife, Julianna, is a Christian pop singer.
