A-Rod/J-Lo Buy Apartment In World's Tallest Residential Tower

Alex Rodriguez and Jennifer Lopez paid $15.316 million for an apartment in the world's tallest residential tower, the Wall Street Journal reports.

The building is located on Park Avenue in New York between 56th and 57th streets.

The apartment has three bedrooms and measures 4,000 square feet, but Realtor.com spoke with some industry insiders who are skeptical whether the tower's pros outweigh its cons. For one, because it is so tall, the building can sway a bit when the wind is strong. Check out the property:
